The club plays in Premier Division (Divisi Utama) of Indonesia football league. Persip stadium is named Batik City Stadium in Keraton Sports Complex. Its location was in downtown Pekalongan, Central Java. Persip Pekalongan has the fanatical supporters called Laskar Kalong.
Known as the city of batik, Persip Pekalongan and Vision of Superior (VS) unveil the 2015 home shirt that represent the Pekalongan's identity. The club joined Barito Putera to use the VS’s latest shirt design for the 2015 season campaign.
Persip Pekalongan 2015 VS Home Jersey - The VS provides a broad yellow and green stripes home shirt for Persip Pekalongan. The home kit also features Pekalongan's batik on both sleeves with a modern v-neck collar. An embroidered Persip Pekalongan badge is prominently featured on the jersey front.
The VS FlashDry tag is placed on the interior back collar. The FlashDry technology is able to make the shirt dry faster and a comfortable feeling for players. The shirt is completed by Pekalongan World's City of Batik branding on its front. It confirms Pekalongan as the city of batik, not only in Indonesia but even in the world.
